李海碩長期專注在國際教育、語言教育、與資訊教育與創新領域。目前擔任葳格國際學校的總校長與1111生成式AI創新學院的執行長，致力推廣AIGC相關應用。他擁有全民英檢和TOEIC的全數滿分，並且是台灣僅有的五位TOEIC官方講師之一。學術背景上，海碩畢業於國立交通大學教育研究所數位學習組，並曾任台灣開放式教育聯盟執行秘書，並於2024年取得密涅瓦大學(Minerva University)的決策分析碩士(MDA)，台灣目前不超過十人。海碩在國際演講會曾獲九個台灣全國冠軍和一個亞洲區即席演講冠軍的榮銜，並提供已超過萬人選讀的ChatGPT免費線上課程與多個 YouTube上即可公開搜尋到AI於教育上的應用教學影片。海碩目前的主要研究領域為AIGC於教育上的應用、核心素養在人工智慧中的角色、以及遊戲化學習在素養導向發展上的支持。
Haishuo Lee has long been dedicated to the fields of international education, language education, and the innovation of information education. Currently, he holds the position of Superintendent at Wagor International School and is the CEO of the 1111 AIGC Innovative Academy, fervently promoting AIGC applications. He has achieved perfect scores in both the GEPT and TOEIC, and is one of the mere five TOEIC Propell Trainers in Taiwan. Academically, Haishuo graduated from the Digital Learning Division of NCTU IED and formerly served as the Executive Secretary for Taiwan's Open Education Consortium. He graduated from Master's in Decision Analysis (MDA) at Minerva University in 2024, making him among the first few MDA graduates in Taiwan. Within Toastmasters International, Haishuo has earned the title of nine-time Taiwan national champion and one-time Asia impromptu speech champion. He offers a widely popular ChatGPT free online course, with over ten thousand enrollees, and several YouTube instructional videos on the application of AI in education. Haishuo's primary research focus lies in the application of AIGC in education, the role of core competence in AI, and the support of gamification in competencies development.
